1. In case of Sweet Mocha skin, there can be marbling print, scratch or sanding mark and is not considered as a default.
    This will be considered normal and cannot be a reason for exchange or refund.

2. In case of Dark Mocha skin&Mocha skin, parting line, dusts and gate mark can be more noticeable compared to Sweet Mocha skin.

    This will not be considered as a default so please consider about it before ordering.
3. In case eyes, 6mm eyes from GLIB fits best on Raccoon Doll.

4. Please leave correct address in alphabet.
    If there is something missing, it will be turned back to us, so please check delivery address one more time.

5. In general, a doll will be delivered in 30~60 days.
    We will start manufacturing the doll one day after payment is received.
    Dolls are made on order, so orders cannot be canceled or changed once we start manufacturing.
 
6. If a doll was damaged by the owner’s mishandling or negligence, the part can be replaced at a cost or non-interchangeable.

7. Since it is handmade doll, there are gate marks, little dust and parting lines which form during casting a doll.

2. Dark Mocha skin&Mocha skin의 경우 Sweet Mocha skin에 비해 가르마 라인, 먼지, 게이트 마크가 더 눈에 띌 수 있습니다.
이것은 디폴트로 간주되지 않으니 고려 후 주문하시기 바랍니다.

3. 라쿤돌 인형에는 GLIB의 6mm 눈이 가장 잘 어울립니다.

4. 정확한 주소를 남겨주세요.
누락된 부분이 있으면 저희에게 반송되니 배송지 한 번 더 확인 부탁드립니다.

5. 일반적으로 인형은 30~60일 후에 배송됩니다.
인형은 입금된 날로부터 제작이 시작될 예정입니다.
인형은 주문 제작이 되기 때문에 일단 제작을 시작하면 주문 취소 및 변경이 불가능합니다.

6. 사용자의 부주의 또는 과실로 인해 인형이 손상된 경우 유상으로 부품을 교체하거나 교환할 수 없습니다.

7. 수제인형이기 때문에 인형을 주조할 때 생기는 게이트 마크, 먼지, 파단선이 있습니다.
