Usually, we ship our dolls as head+body assembled condition.
If you want to change head / eyes, you would separate the head from the body.

1. Open the head cap
2. Pull the S-hook slightly and twist it 90 degrees.
3. Put the S-hook into the neck hole, so the head can be separated.

When you assemble the head on the body,

1. Put the head on the body
2. Pull the S-hook from the neck hole and twist it 90 degrees
3. Put the S-hook on the slit around the neck hole.

When you pull the S-hook, which is fixed by the elastic strings strongly, we recommend using head puller / strap / wire to pull the hook easily.
