If you discovered a strange line on the left/right side of your doll body, it would be ‘seam line’.
Seam line is natural line from manufacturing process of resin dolls. We grind the seam line slightly when we ship out, but we do not grind more as customer’s personal request.
If we grind it more, it can be considered as damage because we should grind normal body as well.
The seam line is natural part of process, so we do not count it as damage. Please understand the doll making process.
