My order status is still 'Preparing Shipment'’ for weeks!

There are 4 stages in our order process.

1. Awaiting Payment:
this means you haven't made payment yet, or your payment is not confirmed yet.

2. Preparing Shipment:
It means, your payment is confirmed and order is in process.
We confirm your payment once a day, in the morning (10:00~11:00, Korean standard time), except weekends.

3. In Transit:
When your order is shipped, we change order status like this.
Automatically, alarm email with EMS tracking number is sent to your email account. It is do-not-reply email.

4. Delivered:
After we send your package weeks later, we change order status to 'Shipment completed'.
Even if you already received your package, please wait a bit more until we change it.

In every stage, you can take alarm email automatically. If you couldn't take our information email about order status, it would be filtered as spam email. Please check your trash can and email address.
It is do-not reply email so please DON'T SEND EMAIL to the address.
