A: - If you order only goods like clothes, wigs and so on and the order is not shipped yet on next morning, you can cancel your order.
However, if you order dolls, you can’t cancel your order.

All BJD dolls of is pre-order doll.
As soon as we confirm customer's order, we make the doll and the doll is made only for the customer.
So we can’t cancel making the doll because the canceled doll can’t be sold to other person.
