It is available to login using your e-mail account or ID, but the e-mail is primary method.
If you have previous website account so you need to transfer it into renewed website,
there is possibility that customer information is not tranferred or ID is changed because of the difference of ID template in both site
Please use an email when login.
If you have trouble to search your ID using e-mail, please sign up (create account) again. We are so sorry for the inconvenience, please kindly understand it.

1. Click the ‘Forgot Password’ in Login page.
2. Enter your Name and Email address information. Temporary password will be issued through your email address.

Caution.
Please input your first name/last name without spacing or upper case.
e.g.)
previous website information : lutsdoll@12345.com / Kim Doe
renewed website infortmation : lutsdoll@12345.com / kimdoe (NO spacing / NO upper case)

Note
- There are some cases that you can not use your existing ID on renewed website.
(If the standards of characters number, special character restriction are different, the transfer is not available.)
If you have trouble to search your ID using e-mail, please sign up (create account) again. We are so sorry for the inconvenience, please kindly understand us.

- Due to data search error, account with no order record at old website could not transfer to new website.
We kindly ask for your understanding.
