* The product must be made within seven days from the date of receipt.

 - Do not return or exchange the product if the value of the product is damaged because of consumer carelessness.

 - Exchange and refund due to the consumer's change of mind must be paid for a round trip fare.

* Products that cannot be exchanged/refunded

 - No exchange/refund is allowed for outfits or dolls that are ordered by consumers' pre-emptive action.

   Please be aware of these points and purchase carefully.

 - Products 7 days after receipt of the product.

 - We can't determine whether the consumer is responsible for the product after 14 days of receipt.

   Under no circumstances will you be refunded or returned.

- If there is a problem with the body after receiving the product, we can't determine whether the consumer is responsible.

*We acknowledge that the normal product has been shipped.

*If you exchange or replace it, you may incur a fee.

 - In the case of dolls, the sizes of both thighs, calf parts, and heel parts may vary.

*It's a normal product if you can stand on your own feet.

*It may have spots or spots within 1mm.

*However, if there is a specification or dot on the head face, you can exchange or refund it (within seven days of receipt of the product).

 - Tension replacement fee and eyelashes replacement fee will be charged after 14 days after receipt of the product.
